As a Pharmacy Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service in our in-store pharmacies. You will be responsible for accurately assembling and processing prescriptions, driving awareness of additional services offered in Pharmacy, and supporting the Pharmacist with patient services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer queries, and resolving problems promptly
  • Accurately assembling and processing prescriptions
  • Promoting additional services offered in Pharmacy, such as Prescription Collection Service and Medicines Use Reviews
  • Supporting the Pharmacist with patient services, including blood pressure checks and stop-smoking schemes
  • Developing an understanding of Standard Operating Procedures and adhering to them
