Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for achieving sales and market share targets in your territory for vaccines.
• You will build strategic relationships with doctors and pharmacies in your territory and think beyond traditional sales approaches.
• You will develop and implement creative, scalable engagement formats for doctors and pharmacies that go beyond traditional face-to-face visits.
• You will take on independent territory management and consider regional peculiarities.
• You will analyze market, competitive, and customer needs in your region and derive measures and action plans.
• You will have a high willingness to travel and work flexibly from home.

Your profile:

• You have completed a degree in pharmaceutical sciences, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally already in the vaccine or infection area.
• You are familiar with building new channels or alternative sales channels.
• You are digitally affine and have experience with digital tools/channels.
• You work entrepreneurially, independently, and have high travel and flexibility readiness.
• You have excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, as well as very good German and good English skills.
