• Developing strong relationships between Mastercard and customers across all operational functions
• Implementing customer solutions that improve revenue generation and enhance mutual profitability
• Developing strong internal relationships within Mastercard to enable customers to achieve their business goals
• Understanding customers' business strategies and delivering against sales targets for Mastercard products/services
• Leveraging Mastercard brand sponsorship properties and product management resources to deliver exceptional customer value
• Managing administrative and operational issues for accounts, including planning and budget/expense management

• Extensive account management skills and sales experience
• Multi-disciplinary knowledge, including marketing, operations, risk, debit, acquiring and emerging technologies
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Leadership capabilities in building, leading and developing high-performance teams
• Proven ability to develop and implement quantifiable business plans
• Extensive industry knowledge and networking
• An entrepreneurial approach and vision
• Strong analytical skills from a product management/profitability perspective
• Outstanding communication skills in Turkish and English
• A Bachelor's degree or sales experience within a blue-chip organisation
