Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and prepare service appointments
• Receive and personally greet customers in the Porsche Centre and direct them to the relevant service consultants
• Provide telephone advice on our service offerings
• Support the preparation and execution of mailings and the evaluation of customer satisfaction analyses in the service area
• Dispose of customer replacement vehicles and create and maintain customer orders in the system
• Actively support service consultants in their daily work
• Handle cash transactions
• Perform general administrative tasks in the after-sales area

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training, ideally in an automotive environment
• Initial experience in the service department of a car dealership desirable
• Basic technical understanding and sound knowledge of processes in customer service
• Secure handling of dealer management systems and workshop planning software
• Pronounced customer and service orientation as well as a friendly and sovereign appearance
• High level of willingness to work, organisational skills and a structured and independent way of working
• Secure handling of MS-Office
• Willingness to work on Saturdays
• Very good German and good English language skills in writing and speaking
