26f680e1-34f Senior Business Analyst Swiggy Instamart is building the convenience grocery segment in India, offering over 40,000 products to customers within 10-15 minutes. The Analytics team at Swiggy partners with decision-makers to solve problems across the entire value chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate focused and conclusive output on business use-cases
  • Create and publish conclusive intelligence in article, dashboard, or report forms to drive decision-making
  • Design and implement analytical projects to drive business goals and decisions
  • Define and track metrics to evaluate business health
  • Build automated alerting systems for proactive actions
  • Identify key metrics and contribute to the measurement framework for the business unit
  • Improve data accuracy through participation in data feedback and scoping

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
  • At least 3.5-5 years of hands-on experience with data manipulation tools like SQL, R, SAS, Python, Excel
  • Experience with R, SAS, QlikView, Google Analytics, Mix Panel is a plus
  • Must have experience with Excel and MySQL
  • Ability to write clean SQL queries and basic understanding of statistics and modeling
  • Experience with RDBMS and Business Intelligence is required
