3922fe13-8d5 Food Manager We are seeking a Food Manager to lead our team in Benfleet, Essex. As a Food Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with company processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Role model and coach high standards and efficiency across the food hall
  • Manage compliance with processes while maintaining passion and flair for great shopkeeping and customer service
  • Ensure customers get the food they want when they shop with us
  • Manage performance and capability, conduct disciplinaries, and ensure scheduling and pay are accurate
  • Assume overall responsibility for running the store at times

Requirements:

  • Previous line management experience in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and coaching others
  • Experience leading teams in a dynamic customer-facing environment
  • Proven success in delivering against KPIs
  • Experience managing complex people matters
