Key responsibilities include:

• Providing a cheerful and friendly greeting to team members, Kiln members, and guests
• Serving as a point of contact for event attendees, vendors, and staff during events
• Assisting with the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment
• Ensuring a high level of customer service and addressing any guest inquiries
• Providing feedback and suggestions for future event improvements
• Participating in the teardown and cleanup of event spaces

Requirements:

• Partial completion of a college degree preferred, but not required
• Office management or administrative experience
• Customer service or support experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Demonstrated integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, follow-through, and empathy
• Passion for entrepreneurial communities and understanding of Kiln's mission and values
• Proficient in basic computer skills
