Responsibilities:

• Participate in the nursing process by providing input to the client's plan of care
• Implement the care plan as written
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan and make recommendations for revisions as needed
• Record all pertinent observations and treatments as per agency policies
• Provide for the emotional and physical comfort and safety of the client
• Perform nursing procedures for which you have been trained
• Notify the appropriate person about unusual symptoms and/or changes in the client's condition
• Participate in case conferences, meetings, and performance improvement activities as assigned
• Maintain patient confidentiality

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Currently licensed in the State of Florida
• Minimum one-year current experience in an accredited hospital or accredited nursing home
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and without immediate supervision
• Bilingual English and Spanish or Creole preferred

Pay Range: $53,000 - $73,000 per year
