• Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare partners in your territory.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan guided by customer insight and local patient needs.
• Share clear and accurate science-based information to support healthcare professionals' decision-making.
• Record and report activities, outcomes, and customer insights accurately using company systems and tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues across functions to address customer needs and improve patient access.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of clinical evidence, market trends, and ways to enhance your performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing field sales, medical business, or territory management roles.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada; knowledge of other local languages spoken in Belgaum is a plus.
• Basic digital skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Right to work in India.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare-related roles.
• Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific concepts to healthcare professionals.
• Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills.
• Ability to use customer insight and data to guide your activities and priorities.
• Fluency in Kannada and other local languages spoken in and around Belgaum.
