Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach activities to identify and engage adolescent girls for enrollment in the Girl Shine program, ensuring inclusivity and sensitivity to protection concerns.
• Ensure high-quality and consistent data collection in a manner that respects confidentiality and dignity of respondents.
• Submit completed tasks on time and provide daily highlights, notes, and case updates to the supervisor.
• Produce daily activity reports reflecting outreach, sessions, and awareness activities conducted.
• Identify and share protection risks and trends within the area/site with IRC staff for timely response.
• Collaborate closely with other team members and partners to ensure coordination of protection activities and referrals.
• Attend capacity-building activities, including trainings organized by IRC, to strengthen facilitation skills.

• Skilled in evidence-based approaches to mental health
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team
• Fluency in Arabic and English
