Key responsibilities include:

• Developing a deep understanding of our adhesive and tape products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Providing technical support and product demonstrations to customers, ensuring they understand product applications and benefits.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to drive solutions to customers.
• Managing time effectively, being highly disciplined, and updating sales activities, demand forecasts, and competitor activities monthly.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Science (Chemical, Industrial, Engineering) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in a manufacturing and industrial environment with a good network and contacts.
• Self-starter with a high motivation level, excellent interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Highly independent, creative, and able to work under pressure.
• Good analytical and presentation skills, proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Possess own transport with a valid driving license, and willingness to travel outstation at least twice a quarter within Malaysia.
