• Managing daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Controlling inventory and monitoring shipments to reduce the risk of loss and damage
• Coordinating workforce distribution, monitoring driver attendance and performance, providing training and guidance, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary
• Performing other related tasks as assigned by the company from time to time
