The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and validating purchase order requests
• Monitoring and controlling daily Purchase Receipts and Production Receipts
• Maintaining material receipt records and supporting documents
• Coordinating timely movement of materials within the unit
• Monitoring logistics costs and identifying opportunities for optimization
• Preparing accurate and timely reports on material availability and resource requirements
• Developing and implementing contingency plans to manage fluctuations in demand and material availability

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, procurement, materials management, inventory control, or warehousing
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Strong understanding of procurement, materials management, inventory control, and warehousing practices
• Good planning, organizational, and coordination skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
