About the Role You will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or commerce, or a related field, and 2-5 years of relevant experience in purchasing, materials control, procurement, and inventory functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain records of receipts until invoices are received
• Organize the timely movement of materials within the unit to ensure smooth operations
• Implement targets for logistics costs and work on an optimum logistics model
• Coordinate with planning and packing departments for proper accounting of recycled bottles and packing materials
• Follow up with suppliers and transporters for orders and deliveries
• Prepare timely and accurate reports on resource availability and current expenditure
• Implement contingency plans for fluctuations in demand
• Assist in preparing daily and monthly management information systems (MIS)
• Maintain an updated database on vendors, pricing, and manufacturer information

• Knowledge of purchasing, materials management, and warehousing practices
