Reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life in-store, while helping the team succeed together.</p>\n<p>Please do not apply unless you are already living locally.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open and close the store, keeping everything running properly and on time</li>\n<li>Lead the sales floor, setting the pace and delegating tasks as needed</li>\n<li>Jump in to serve customers with authentic energy and strong product knowledge</li>\n<li>Coach and support Sales Associates, giving feedback and encouragement throughout the shift</li>\n<li>Keep the store looking sharp: clean, organized, and merchandised to standard</li>\n<li>Stay on top of stock - from receiving shipments to restocking and prepping the floor</li>\n<li>Run transactions with accuracy and confidence on POS and mobile systems</li>\n<li>Drive results by keeping KPIs top of mind and inspiring the team to hit goals together</li>\n<li>Be the go-to support for customer concerns, turning challenges into positive outcomes</li>\n<li>Stay connected to new product launches, brand initiatives, and store events - and help bring them to life with your team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A natural leader who can energize and motivate others</li>\n<li>Previous retail experience (Key Holder or established Sales Associate level preferred)</li>\n<li>Friendly, authentic, and confident in creating next-level customer experiences</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills - you can coach teammates as easily as you can connect with customers</li>\n<li>Organized and reliable, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities</li>\n<li>Comfortable making decisions on the floor when leadership isn’t present</li>\n<li>Flexible to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events</li>\n<li>Results-driven with a growth mindset - open to feedback and always looking to learn</li>\n<li>Visual merchandising or inventory experience is a strong asset</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Availability</strong></p>\n<p>Full time Key Holders are expected to work 25-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Availability on at least one full weekend day is required.
