Responsibilities:

• Learn and adhere to safety procedures in accordance with company requirements
• Uphold all HSE standards with zero tolerance for deviations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment
• Learn processes and carry out dismantling, cleaning, and assembling engine components
• Learn and perform engine component measurements using tools accurately and effectively
• Develop and apply knowledge of diesel engine systems to accurately troubleshoot and resolve failures
• Promptly report any improper or unsafe conditions in the workshop area to the supervisor
• Continuously enhance technical expertise in engine repair and overhaul to support departmental goals and deliver precise, high-quality service that ensures customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum enrolment in a technical vocational school (SMK) or pursuing a Diploma 3 (D3) in a related field
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
