Responsibilities:

• Drive total store sales and understand the role in sales growth
• Manage Food & Beverage, food services, and General Merchandise areas
• Manage a team of experts in operations, accuracy, and efficiency
• Enable efficient delivery to guests
• Develop a strategy and utilize workload planning tools
• Conduct regular check-ins with team members
• Manage all GM backroom and sales floor areas
• Oversee GM Team Leaders workload planning
• Drive fulfillment sales
• Drive a culture centered in food safety
• Lead an efficient operation
• Oversee Food & Beverage Team Leader's workload planning
• Create a guest-obsessed culture
• Know and assess the competition
• Work a flexible schedule
• Manage a consistent experience for guests
• Assess all GM and Food & Beverage backroom and sales floor areas
• Plan, lead, and follow-up on organizational and operational change
• Anticipate and identify changes in unique store trends
• Develop and coach team members

• Provide service and a shopping experience that meets guest needs
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
• Address store needs

Requirements:

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• Manage conflict, lead, and hold others accountable
• Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization
• Strong cognitive skills
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
