As a Cashier and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing the daily cash balance, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to our private customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the daily cash balance and process transactions independently
• Provide excellent customer service, supporting customers with transactions, service requests, and administrative tasks
• Actively promote digital services, such as online and mobile banking, to customers
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Reliable and team-oriented work style with high service orientation
• Friendly and confident demeanor with a willingness to learn new tasks and topics
• First experience in appointment scheduling and referral of customers to advisors is desirable
• Basic knowledge of private customer products and digital services is desirable
