As a Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of Red Bull's social media presence in Switzerland. You will develop and implement social media strategies to increase reach, relevance, and engagement across various platforms, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and continuously improve our social media strategy, focusing on TikTok and Instagram
• Translate audience insights, business priorities, and platform developments into clear strategies and concrete measures
• Manage and develop Red Bull's social media channels in Switzerland, ensuring a strong and relevant presence for our target audiences
• Collaborate with colleagues from content, communications, creator marketing, sports marketing, culture marketing, and brand marketing teams
• Monitor social media trends and platform developments, providing recommendations for our channels, content, and communication measures

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in social media, with successful campaigns and communication initiatives
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their dynamics, and language
• Passion for lifestyle topics such as music, dance, fitness, gaming, and sports
• Excellent design, visual communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills
• Fluency in Swiss German or French, with excellent English language skills
