As a rotating receptionist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing a warm, efficient and quality welcome to guests
• Carrying out check-in/check-out procedures and administrative tasks
• Verifying client guarantees and reservations
• Answering phone calls and taking reservations
• Checking and controlling the cash register
• Closing and reporting daily activities
• Collaborating closely with hotel services
• Preparing information for various departments to ensure optimal service delivery

You have:

• A diploma related to hospitality or catering and/or previous experience in a similar role or customer-facing position
