As an intern, you will work alongside our reception team to discover the various activities of the Front Office in an international aparthotel. Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in customer welcome procedures and check-in/check-out processes
• Learning about reservation management and using the OPERA Cloud hotel software
• Responding to customer requests in person, by phone, and by email
• Contributing to customer satisfaction monitoring
