Responsibilities

• Support critical infrastructure and deployment pipelines for enterprise-grade systems.
• Learn and apply best practices in system reliability, observability, and automation.
• Work with CI/CD tools, containerisation technologies like Docker, and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and help ensure uptime and reliability.
• Troubleshoot incidents in production environments and implement long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to improve system resilience and performance.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Grade 7/10 or above).
• A basic understanding of system administration, networking, or cloud services (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• An interest in automation, system monitoring, and CI/CD best practices.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Completed Greek military service, if applicable.
• Applicants must have the permanent legal right to live and work in Greece at the time of application and on an ongoing basis.
