You will work in a team consisting of a team leader and four production technicians, performing tasks such as analysis, problem-solving, troubleshooting, routine checks, maintenance, and improvement projects.

In the future, you may also take on coordination responsibilities and assume the role of BAS-U during shutdowns and projects.

The position is full-time, and after an introduction period, you will be part of our on-call rotation according to a rolling schedule.

We are looking for a versatile and engaged colleague with electrical engineering background, preferably with experience in production or operation of hydroelectric power plants or similar large-scale industrial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in maintenance and operational tasks at hydroelectric power stations
• Perform analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance
• Participate in improvement projects
• Potentially take on coordination responsibilities and BAS-U role

Requirements:

• Electrical engineering background (high school or higher)
• Experience in production or operation of hydroelectric power plants or similar large-scale industrial operations (preferred)
• Proficiency in Swedish and English
• IT skills
• Driver's license (B)
