In this role, you will engage healthcare professionals across Asansol to build trust and share clear, science-based information that supports better patient outcomes. You will design and deliver a territory plan focused on local needs and customer insights. Working closely with colleagues from different teams, you will help solve challenges and improve patient access to care.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare partners in your territory.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan guided by customer insight and local patient needs.
• Share clear and accurate science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
• Record and report activities, outcomes, and customer insights accurately using company systems and tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues across functions to address customer needs and improve patient access.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of clinical evidence, market trends, and ways to enhance your performance.

Basic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business, or territory management experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; local language skills relevant to Asansol are a plus.
• Basic digital skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Right to work in India.
