Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day operational market-to-order governance decisions
• Transforming business group-driven end-to-end price waterfall strategy and guardrails for margin and growth management
• Leading compliance through a governance process and system that ensures the collection of evidence, margin impact visibility, and required approvals are managed consistently and meet SOX requirements
• Communicating with executive teams, including finance, to report on governance outcomes and margin impacts
• Driving continuous improvement and automation in MTO processes, championing the globalization of strategy and governance elevating standardization into new technology to increase efficiency and transparency

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Five (5) or more years of pricing operations, incentive program management and/or operations in a private, public, government or military environment
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate analysis into actionable governance recommendations
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; able to balance business requests with compliance, process, and financial considerations
• Process management champion

The ideal candidate will also have:

• A Master's degree in business, marketing, operations, or supply chain from an accredited institution
• Certified Pricing Professional (CPP)
• Five (5) years of experience in pricing, incentive programs, and/or operations in a private, public, government or military environment

This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN. If located in Panama, remote work is possible. Travel may include up to 20% domestic/international.

• Define supply plans for assigned portfolio-related sources of supply
• Manage inventory replenishment processes to meet customer needs while maintaining healthy inventory levels and mixes
• Ensure maintenance of planning parameters, including lot size, safety stock, planning strategy, lead times, and collaborate with demand planning and business to maintain assigned portfolio stratification

Requirements:

• Completed university degree
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Transportation and Logistics, and Customer Service
• Knowledge of demand planning (DP), production planning (PP), and/or integrated business planning (IBP) processes
• Analytical skills and knowledge of analysis tools, such as intermediate to advanced Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, etc.
• Advanced English language skills
