Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care treatment in a workplace-based setting
• Offer episodic care for low-acuity urgent care needs
• Deliver extended episodic acute care for illnesses or injuries with limited chronicity
• Educate and co-manage chronic conditions with outside primary care providers
• Oversee and perform CLIA-waived tests, dispense prescription medications, and manage a specimen collection lab
• Collaborate with onsite employees to provide biometric screenings and health education
• Provide direct health coaching to employees and refer them to wellness programs
• Partner with local HR and benefits teams to improve employee health
• Work closely with healthcare team members, including MAs and LPNs

Requirements:

• Graduate of a certified NP program
• Active and unrestricted NP license in the respective state
• Minimum of 2 years of NP experience in an internal medicine or family practice setting
• Ability to practice independently in the respective state
• DEA licensure and prescriptive authority
• Strong primary care experience, including women's health
• Chronic disease management experience is preferred
• Electronic Health Record experience, with EPIC being a plus
• BLS certification
• Phlebotomy experience is a plus

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 11am-5pm
• Thursday, Friday: 8am-2pm

Salary: $106,300 - $177,100 per year
