You will work closely with the Commercial Manager to develop and define sales plans and work schemes for key accounts. Your impact in this role will include:

• Developing key accounts in the mining and industry sectors
• Meeting assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Introducing new products to key accounts
• Managing meetings with production areas to conduct product testing
• Providing theoretical and practical training to customers and end-users

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in the industrial sector, specifically in personal safety, fall protection, and industrial security
• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related field
• Availability to travel to mines (approx. 4000m above sea level) for 3 weeks per month
• Strong knowledge of fall protection systems, industrial rescue, and experience selling fall protection equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Intermediate English level
• A1 driver's license
• Residence in Arequipa or surrounding areas

Our work environment includes:

• Remote work with reporting to the central office in San Isidro, Lima
• National travel may be required
• No relocation available
