Your impact in this role will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing key accounts in the mining and industry sectors</li>\n<li>Meeting assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets</li>\n<li>Introducing new products to key accounts</li>\n<li>Managing meetings with production areas to conduct product testing</li>\n<li>Providing theoretical and practical training to customers and end-users</li>\n</ul>\n<p>To succeed in this role, you will need:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in the industrial sector, specifically in personal safety, fall protection, and industrial security</li>\n<li>A degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related field</li>\n<li>Availability to travel to mines (approx. 4000m above sea level) for 3 weeks per month</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of fall protection systems, industrial rescue, and experience selling fall protection equipment</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li>\n<li>Intermediate English level</li>\n<li>A1 driver&#39;s license</li>\n<li>Residence in Arequipa or surrounding areas</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our work environment includes:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remote work with reporting to the central office in San Isidro, Lima</li>\n<li>National travel may be required</li>\n<li>No relocation available</li>\n</ul>\n<p>At 3M, we offer programs to support your physical and financial well-being.
