Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with marketing stakeholders to understand objectives and align procurement strategies with business goals.
• Develop and deliver sourcing plans for media, creative, comms, digital, partnerships, and sponsorship categories.
• Prepare strategic presentations and reports providing spend insights and recommendations.
• Manage supplier relationships with agencies and partners, ensuring performance, innovation, and adherence to BBC standards.
• Lead procurement projects end-to-end, delivering on time, within scope, and budget.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes in a publicly regulated environment, ideally within marketing categories.
• Experience managing agency and supplier contracts, with a track record of driving commercial outcomes.
• Analytical skills to interpret spend data and market trends.
• Project management expertise to deliver complex procurement projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with marketing teams and external partners.

• Professional procurement certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM).
