As a Senior Operations Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring personal and process safety across all NAM locations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Operating and maintaining installations and facilities to ensure stable and reliable gas production
• Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Collaborating with maintenance technicians and suppliers to perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Conducting operational risk analyses and implementing risk management measures
• Providing guidance and support to contractors and maintenance personnel

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A diploma in Process Operator C or equivalent, such as VAPRO C
• Experience in the oil and gas industry
• Strong knowledge of operational risk analysis and risk management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Dutch and English

Your responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on E&I installations.
• Analyze and resolve faults in electrical systems, instrumentation, and measurement equipment.
• Conduct inspections, functional tests, and commissioning.
• Calibrate and maintain instrumentation, metering, and QMI systems.
• Monitor the reliability and accuracy of measurement and analysis systems.
• Support modifications, MOCs, projects, and shutdowns.
• Record maintenance and calibration data in systems like SAP and MACAM.
• Supervise suppliers and contractors during specialized work.

Requirements:

• MBO 4 level in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Measurement and Control Technology, or Control & Automation.
• Experience with E&I installations in the oil, gas, or process industry.
• Experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of instrumentation.
• Experience with metering and/or QMI systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP, MACAM, or similar maintenance systems is preferred.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Driver's license B.
• Willingness to work at various locations, participate in on-call services, and obtain and maintain required offshore training and certifications.
