Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment and components
• Maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic machinery, variable-speed power transmission systems, and conveyors
• Diagnosing equipment malfunctions and performing repairs and modifications
• Supporting maintenance operations and continuous improvement activities
• Troubleshooting and modifying PLC, HMI, and control systems programs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Two-year technical diploma/degree or higher in a Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Systems/Process Automation or Maintenance discipline, or three years' maintenance experience
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and shifts

Preferred qualifications:

• Five years' experience in manufacturing, equipment installation, and troubleshooting maintenance support
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, Drives, and components, and Siemens Step7 PLCs, Drives, and components
• Knowledge of mechanical concepts and electrical systems
