We&#39;re looking for a Warehouse &amp; Fulfilment Manager to lead our warehouse and fulfilment operations in Almere. You&#39;ll help our teams deliver great service, maintain high standards and find better ways of working, even during our busiest seasons.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the day-to-day running of our warehouse and fulfilment operations, keeping everything safe, efficient and on track.</li>\n<li>Coach and support two Team Leads, helping them develop their teams and create a positive working environment.</li>\n<li>Take ownership of team performance, engagement and development across approximately 40 permanent colleagues.</li>\n<li>Build a strong partnership with our staffing agency to support flexible staffing during busy periods.</li>\n<li>Oversee the packing of balloons and gifts, making sure orders meet our quality standards.</li>\n<li>Manage warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound operations, ensuring work is accurate and efficient.</li>\n<li>Build and maintain reliable processes that work well throughout the year, including during seasonal peaks.</li>\n<li>Work closely with our Health &amp; Safety team to maintain a safe workplace and improve working practices.</li>\n<li>Identify and address safety risks, encouraging colleagues to share ideas and take an active role in making their workplace safer.</li>\n<li>Support annual budget planning and manage labour costs throughout the year.</li>\n<li>Plan staffing needs using expected order volumes, seasonal demand and available capacity.</li>\n<li>Balance service levels, staffing flexibility, operational capacity and costs while staying within budget.</li>\n<li>Lead improvements across warehouse and fulfilment operations, making processes simpler, more efficient and easier to scale.</li>\n<li>Identify operational bottlenecks and put practical, lasting solutions in place.</li>\n<li>Explore opportunities to improve processes through automation, equipment upgrades and smarter ways of working.</li>\n<li>Partner with Delivery, Product, Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to keep operations aligned with wider business needs.</li>\n<li>Review new products, initiatives and requests to understand how they could work within our operations.</li>\n<li>Share clear, timely operational input so that plans are realistic and achievable.</li>\n<li>Build and maintain positive working relationships with external partners, including staffing agencies, equipment suppliers and process improvement specialists.</li>\n<li>Plan ahead for future operational needs, including machinery, automation and external support, to help our operations grow sustainably.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About You</strong></p>\n<p>We&#39;re looking for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems and making things work better. Someone who can balance the needs of the team with the day-to-day demands of a busy operation.
