hour is $24.25 - $26.25, with a full pay range of $24.25 - $41.25 per hour.</p>\n<p>As a Specialty Sales Team Leader, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience</li>\n<li>Ensure every team member understands, is trained, and consistently delivers on Target’s guest experience commitments and consistent operations</li>\n<li>Actively observe and provide feedback, holding team members accountable while recognising great guest experience moments</li>\n<li>Review area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities, take action to improve, and align team on the right behaviours and execution</li>\n<li>Demonstrate a service culture that prioritises the guest service experience</li>\n<li>Model, train and coach team member expectations to deliver on our GUEST service model culture</li>\n<li>Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches, being authentic and respectful, and creating equitable experiences</li>\n<li>Plan daily/weekly workload at the direction of your direct leader and execute the same to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement</li>\n<li>Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices as outlined with team onboarding and learning</li>\n<li>Help close skill gaps through development, coaching and team interactions</li>\n<li>With direct leader guidance, develop, coach, and lead a team of consultants who are knowledgeable and passionate</li>\n<li>Assign daily tasks to team members based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns</li>\n<li>Encourage team to use tools available in their department to welcome, inspire and influence guests</li>\n<li>With direct leader guidance, partner with third-party vendors to ensure brand standards and merchandising are being met</li>\n<li>Support team execution of changes and updates to merchandise sets and visual presentations</li>\n<li>Create inspiring visual moments by ensuring product is organised, signed correctly and merchandised to support seasonal trends</li>\n<li>Support your direct leader in leading assigned department area backroom processes, organisation, layout and replenishment of the sales floor</li>\n<li>Participate in team hiring and onboarding processes</li>\n<li>Lead your team in prioritising the guest experience by ensuring the fitting rooms are welcoming, clean and safe</li>\n<li>Support your direct leader in establishing clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable to expectations</li>\n<li>Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance</li>\n<li>Lead and demonstrate a safety culture through modelling and recognising safe behaviours</li>\n<li>Model the execution of physical security processes to enhance the in-store security culture</li>\n<li>Support merchandise protection strategies across the total store</li>\n<li>Occasionally assume store-level leadership on duty responsibilities</li>\n<li>Address all store emergency and compliance needs</li>\n<li>Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive-up</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are looking for someone who:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enjoys interacting and helping others</li>\n<li>Thrives in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role</li>\n<li>Is open to working a variable work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts</li>\n<li>Has a high school diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li>Is at least 18 years of age or older</li>\n<li>Has previous retail experience (preferred but not required)</li>\n<li>Can lead and hold others accountable</li>\n<li>Can communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment</li>\n<li>Can work independently and as part of a team</li>\n<li>Can manage workload and prioritise tasks independently</li>\n<li>Has a welcoming and helpful
