standards</li>\n<li>Assess backroom and sales floor areas of Food &amp; Beverage and Food Service on a daily basis</li>\n<li>Establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable to those expectations</li>\n<li>Be a partner to the store leadership team through communication and collaboration</li>\n<li>Maintain a fresh, full, and food-safe area during all operating but not required</li>\n<li>Strong interest and knowledge of the Food &amp; Beverage business</li>\n<li>Lead and hold others accountable</li>\n<li>Communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate
