YubHub-native raw fields carry `x-` prefix.","jobs":[{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","identifier":{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"YubHub","value":"job_2033d49f-9ff"},"title":"Starbucks Barista","description":"<p>The Starting Hourly Rate is $16.00 USD per hour, with a Pay Range of $16.00 USD - $24.00 USD per hour.</p>\n<p>Working as a Starbucks Barista at Target means being part of a team that provides a consistent experience for guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available, and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.</p>\n<p>As a Starbucks Barista, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.</li>\n<li>Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.</li>\n<li>Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience.</li>\n<li>Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations.</li>\n<li>Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food &amp; Beverage Standards.</li>\n<li>Execute food and beverage processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organising, and storing reserve product.</li>\n<li>Always be aware of current and future promotions within Starbucks.</li>\n<li>Follow all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent experience for guests while completing tasks efficiently and maintaining food safety.</li>\n<li>Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.</li>\n<li>Maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout your shift.</li>\n<li>Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards.</li>\n<li>Produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards.</li>\n<li>Follow all food safety requirements, including monitoring and recording temperature-sensitive food items.</li>\n<li>Complete and record all cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space as outlined in best practices.</li>\n<li>Locate and identify damaged, recalled, or expired items and process according to best practices.</li>\n<li>Ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders according to best practices.</li>\n<li>Follow proper perishable inventory procedures to ensure an accurate recording of inventory.</li>\n<li>Execute sampling best practices.</li>\n<li>Complete all required training requirements and certifications related to quality control of Starbucks products.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.</li>\n<li>Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.</li>\n<li>Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you should:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enjoy interacting and helping others, including guests and fellow team members.</li>\n<li>Thrive in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem-solving are key to success.</li>\n<li>Be open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts.</li>\n<li>Have previous Starbucks/food service experience, although it is not required.</li>\n<li>Possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.</li>\n<li>Be able to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.</li>\n<li>Be able to work both independently and with a team.</li>\n<li>Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.</li>\n<li>Pay attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.</li>\n<li>Remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Target offers competitive benefits, including financial and education benefits, well-being and more.
