Application Engineering Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical consultation, product demonstrations, and application assessments.</li>\n<li>Conduct customer visits, product evaluations, field trials, and technical presentations.</li>\n<li>Deliver technical training to distributors, channel partners, and end users.</li>\n<li>Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and translate them into business opportunities.</li>\n<li>Support implementation and adoption of respiratory protection solutions in diverse industrial environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>New Product Commercialization</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with regional and global R&amp;D teams throughout the product development lifecycle.</li>\n<li>Support product validation, beta testing, customer evaluations, and field trials.</li>\n<li>Collect customer feedback and application data to accelerate successful product launches.</li>\n<li>Contribute technical expertise to commercialization and market readiness activities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Product Quality &amp; Lifecycle Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support product lifecycle initiatives, product improvements, and change management activities.</li>\n<li>Investigate customer complaints and application-related product issues.</li>\n<li>Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, and R&amp;D teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.</li>\n<li>Ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively and professionally.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Regulatory &amp; Compliance Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support product certification and regulatory compliance activities across Asia.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs teams on market-specific requirements.</li>\n<li>Participate in product conformance evaluations and compliance documentation efforts.</li>\n<li>Maintain awareness of relevant PPE regulations and industry standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with Business Leaders, Sales, Marketing, R&amp;D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain teams.</li>\n<li>Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical capability development across the Asia organization.</li>\n<li>Support strategic initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Environmental Science, or a related technical discipline.</li>\n<li>Advanced degree preferred.</li>\n<li>8+ years of experience in Application Engineering, Technical Service, Product Development, Industrial Safety, Respiratory Protection, or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience supporting industrial customers in technical or application-focused roles.</li>\n<li>Experience working with regional or global cross-functional teams.</li>\n<li>Experience supporting new product introduction and commercialization activities is preferred.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of product quality systems, complaint handling, or regulatory compliance is advantageous.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Expertise</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respiratory Protection technologies and PPE applications</li>\n<li>Industrial hazard assessment and risk mitigation</li>\n<li>Product testing, validation, and commercialization</li>\n<li>Technical problem solving and root cause analysis</li>\n<li>Regulatory compliance and industry standards</li>\n<li>Project and stakeholder management</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Leadership &amp;
