Beverage Standards</li>\n<li>Execute food and beverage processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, and inventory accuracy</li>\n<li>Follow all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent experience for guests</li>\n<li>Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time</li>\n<li>Maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout shift</li>\n<li>Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards</li>\n<li>Produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards</li>\n<li>Follow all food safety requirements</li>\n<li>Complete and record all cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space</li>\n<li>Locate and identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process according to best practices</li>\n<li>Ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders according to best practices</li>\n<li>Follow proper perishable inventory procedures</li>\n<li>Execute sampling best practices</li>\n<li>Complete all required training requirements and certifications related to quality control of Starbucks products</li>\n<li>Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance</li>\n<li>Work in a safe manner at all times;
