As a Shift Supervisor at CVS Health, you will be a key leader supporting the store management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Management

• Work effectively with store management and store crews
• Supervise the store's crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews

Customer Service

• Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking customers
• Handle customer relations issues according to company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality

Merchandise/Presentation

• Price merchandise
• Stock shelves
• Execute displays, signs, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise
• Execute display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise
• Reset departments following planograms

Requirements

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends, and to work overtime as needed

Preferred Requirements

• Experience as a retail supervisor

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40

Pay Range $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
