What you'll do
\nAs Specialist Exports & Order Processing, you will be responsible for the independent processing of foreign orders - from customer acquisition in the ERP system to freight offer procurement and creation of delivery and export documents. You will be responsible for export control, including sanctions checks, dual-use goods monitoring, and permit applications. With your expertise in US re-export regulations, you will act safely in the international context.
\nYou will coordinate intercompany orders and ensure smooth scheduling and invoicing in close cooperation with our partners. You will also handle ongoing customs and foreign trade tasks with a focus on Intrastat notifications, import and export customs clearances, and origin certificates.
\nYou will work closely with Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management and maintain international customer contact.
\nWhat you need
\nYou have completed a relevant technical or university education (e.g., business administration, logistics, export management, international business, etc.).
\nYou have already successfully completed a training as a customs declarant.
\nYou bring expertise in export, foreign trade, and US re-export regulations and have ideally already had contact with ERP systems.
\nYou have very good English skills in writing and speaking and are confident in international customer contact.
\nWith your enthusiasm for innovative technologies and international business processes, you inspire others.
\nYou pursue goals with zeal and fire in your eyes and consistently push them over the finish line.
\nYou work structured, independently, and solution-oriented - even in complex and dynamic situations.
