<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>

<p>This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the centre of Ford Pro&#39;s transformation. As Strategy &amp; Business Transformation Manager, you will work directly with senior leaders to shape direction, drive execution, and ensure the business is set up to win long term.</p>
<p>You will take ownership of critical strategic priorities, leading workstreams that cut across markets and functions. At the same time, you&#39;ll act as a trusted partner to leadership, bringing structure, insight, and pace to some of the most important decisions facing the business.</p>
