Your primary responsibilities will include validating and processing customer orders, managing the order backlog, coordinating fulfillment cycles, and supporting accurate, timely revenue booking activities. You will also review, verify, and maintain records for customer contracts, purchase orders, and supporting documents. Additionally, you will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Logistics, and Revenue teams to resolve discrepancies and facilitate smooth order flow.

The impact you will have is accelerating revenue recognition through accurate and efficient order processing, enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and reliable order fulfillment, driving operational efficiency by identifying and addressing process gaps, and supporting organizational compliance by maintaining rigorous documentation standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or higher, with 8–10 years of relevant experience in order management or sales operations. You should be an expert in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting. Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce is also required. Proven ability to independently manage, prioritize, and deliver on multiple tasks with strong ownership is essential.
