      <Description><![CDATA[<p>Perplexity is seeking a Senior Manager, Executive Communications to join their team and serve as a strategic partner to their leadership. The role will involve creating exceptional and strategic executive communications, leading Perplexity&#39;s next phases of growth, and developing a unique and authentic voice for their executives and company leaders internally and externally.</p>
<p><strong>What you&#39;ll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Create exceptional and strategic executive communications, including stage speeches, leadership emails, board decks, and other formats that require excellent writing and critical thinking to articulate the company vision and strategy.</li>
<li>Lead Perplexity&#39;s next phases of growth, managing complex information flow during high-growth, evolving and owning all-hands presentations, Slack communications, and more.</li>
<li>Develop a unique and authentic voice for our executives and company leaders internally and externally.</li>
<li>Synthesize complex AI-related topics and business strategies into clear narratives internally and externally.</li>
<li>Partner closely with all teams to lead change management communications, translating complex organizational updates into simple and compelling messages.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of experience in executive communications, ideally within a high-growth technology company or leading communication agency.</li>
<li>Proven track record of supporting senior executives and managing complex change management initiatives.</li>
<li>World-class writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to capture different executive tones.</li>
<li>Deep familiarity with the rules with an interest in breaking them.</li>
<li>Attention to detail and the ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Extreme comfort working with senior executives, principled confrontation, and inspiring audiences in multiple formats and contexts.</li>
