<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and discretion.</li>

<li>Meeting Coordination: Organise and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Ensure all necessary materials are available and distributed in advance.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Project Management: Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as needed. Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring the executive&#39;s workspace is well-organised and functional. Coordinate with other departments to address any office-related issues.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Event Planning: Plan and execute company events, conferences, and other functions. Handle logistics, vendor coordination, and attendee communication.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Expense Management: Monitor and reconcile the executive&#39;s expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies. Prepare expense reports and manage budget tracking.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Invitation Letter Issuance: Responsible for handling the process of issuing invitation letter under the company’s name for short-term visits to South Korea by employees from the headquarters or affiliates, after receiving the necessary information for the visa request.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Decision proximity: Experience supporting and preparing management decisions</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information and business matters.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Education: Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably in a corporate environment.</li>
</ul>
